Download Server Not Responding
Hi,
I am trying to download the trial of Unravel which comes with Origin access.
Each time to I try to download, it prepares the download for ages then errors out with "download server not responding". I spent a while going through all the suggestions given to me by Google and old threads on this and nothing has worked.
I've flushed DNS, tried Google IP and DNS, forwarded ports, setup a static IP address and nothing has helped. I just tried safe mode downloading as well and it made no difference.

it is possible that this was only a temporary issue. It happens sometimes in peak hours when traffic is significantly higher than usual. Could you give it 12 - 24 hours and try it again.
If you want to test your internet connection to EA servers in general please follow this article here and create a UO trace route ping test to see if there is package loss on the way. You can upload the file to your next post and I´m happy to take a look at it, too.
