EA app says " Something went wrong " when i try lunch it takes two from Steam

hello , I have problem with it takes two . on steam when I press play it opens EA app and says " something went wrong " and  to continue linking your EA account , head back and start over "   note :...

    HI @mustafabsraoi If you are unsure of another login that would need to be used you will need to reach out to our support to take a look at your EA account, and which ever account might be linked to Steam. 

    We are unable to look at and assist with account-related issues here on Answers HQ.

 Hi @mustafabsraoi To check have you linked your Steam account with EA before?

If not, can we try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com

then try going through the linking process again? 

If we continue running into this message, we may need to reach out to our support to take a further look at your EA account.

Hello . Thanks for replacing , I tried to see if my account linked on EA website and the account doesn’t link to steam so i tried to link it and when i nearly done he says “linked account found “ and he says that my steam account linked to EA account , I don’t know but in the website they say ( Link ) thats mean is not linked , but when i try they tell me its linked so what should i do  

I will put photos down below 

one  says link ( mean my account unlinked)

second one he tells me the account is linked

    @mustafabsraoi Based on the information you've shared it would seem the Steam account is linked on a different EA Account, in which case we would need to sign into the correct account.

      I don’t know the EA account that i linked steam with , So how do i know it and can you unlink steam account ? I can prove any thing if you want ,

      Thanks for keeping helping me with my annoying problems .
