EA Play Pro but only 10 hours trial

I am EA Play member on Steam and EA Play Pro member on EA App, but what I get here is that "trial accessed through Steam", which causes the thing that I can only play for 10 hours, how can I solve the problem. (In addition, I cannot launch the game, it shows the problem is on your end, is that a server issue?)

    @redonkulousneo I think yes, its already 12 hours, and I think you can actually play the full game with EA Play Pro

    @0Anbo0 Hi, the EA Play Pro issue should now be resolved, a fix went out a couple of hours after your post, you can play the full Karakuri version from the EA App now.

    Correct, with EA Play Pro, the full game is unlocked, with no time limit.

    I have ea play pro and do not have access to the game. It says available IN 14HRS, and play is grayed out.
