Early access with pre-order (base or deluxe edition) or ea play/pro only?

Title basically Can we get the early access with pre-order (base or deluxe edition) or its ea play/pro only? Would like a precision as I hear different answers online.

@SoulOfMod Hi, there isn't an "early access" as many would put it.

EA Play members and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to play up to play a trial starting February 13th.
