Don't need to refund yet, let's do some troubleshooting first. 😉
100% understandable you are frustrated you cannot play the game.
First things first, the age on your son's account above 13 years.
The game is rated for teens (age 13+) so make sure that is the case.
After you verified that the account age is above 13.
Try some connection troubleshooting/opening ports.

Hey im also having the same error code we both got ea online profiles seperate playing on ps5 what cab we do that will work
