I have the friend's pass as I am trying to play with my boyfriend. The error says my account has been restricted from accessing online features. Live support was absolutely of no help. I've tried clearing the cache for the EA app, troubleshooted my connection, checked for any issues on Steam and nothing works. My connection is just fine, everything else works. Other issues have been posted about this, but I haven't seen an actual solution for this issue. Any help would be awesome.

Please, someone help me, i tried everything and this stupid error still shows up. I am on the friend pass and i am almost crying bcs i asked my dad so much to play The game and now it says i cant connect online (i dont know what origin is, i dont use it)

Yeah so it’s when I’m trying to join an online game with my mate that’s it’s coming up with that error code. Nothing when I’m loading up ea or the game 🙂thank you

I play It Takes Two using a friend code, the game had been working fine since I downloaded it. Only this time I get the message that I can't accept the game invite because my account has been restricted from any online features. I do not know how or why this suddenly is a problem, since it had been working fine before and my account has no bans or restrictions.
The result code is 103-3f0001

Hey Everyone,

On May 29, 2024, the team updated ITT and made some changes to the game that enabled It Takes Two to become Steam-verified.

I wanted to check if anyone in this thread is still experiencing the error message 'Your account has been restricted from accessing any online features... Result Code: 103-3f0001'

If so please let us know the following:

EA ID (or Platform Gamertag):

Which platform are you on?

Are you playing a full copy or the friend pass a version of ITT?

Have you made any account changes to your EA or Platform account?

Does this happen on a different network?

Yes still the same error message. My boyfriend bought this game so we could play together but i guess it will rest in his collection forever...
We both play on PC, on Windows 11, on the same network and on the EA app. This is complete nonsense. We are not used to playing on EA app so no we have not made any changes.
It's been 2 years since the problem was posted and still no solution? Don't give us the opportunity to play together if it's not 100% effective, it wastes everyone's time.

Experiencing this issue recently

Only happened once I downloaded and started playing EA WRC 24 on my steam account and not signing in to EA in the game. My current steam is linked to an old EA account I no longer have access to, and EA support won't let me unlink the old one. Since I have been playing WRC, It Takes Two has been giving me this error.
