Got this 2 days after buying. Then i could no longer go online and it lasted for 3 days. It happened again 2 more times. I can explain more but i dont want to.

Hi, there was a PS5 reddit post whose error and timing lines up with yours, was that you?If you attempt to use an alternate account does the issue still manifest? Also, do you have the option to attempt to connect with an alternate connection?

i had a 2nd account linked that i had EA delete. It did not solve the issue. Days later i could go online for 3 days. Afterwards it did it again. Currently it worked for 3 days and now it has been 2 days since it has stooped working.As for reddit I am the one who made the post about this. I believe it is an account issue. I have tried all fixes. I have already been in contact with EA help and informed them of the issue.I do not have another account to test and other EA titles work fine. Its specific to wild hearts.It is as if wild hearts alternates to my old 2nd PSN account even though i am not logged onto that account.My wild hearts EA account was linked to the old psn account before though i wasnt logged onto it.I know this because a pc friend sent me a friend request and could not find my wild hearts ea account under my main but my 2nd account that was linked even though i was playing in my main one.So i had it deleted to see if it resolves the issue. . Regardless of this change the game works online off and on since.

It certainly does have some hallmarks of an account-based issue, from the TS listed elsewhere, but the fact that it's intermittent makes it seem otherwise. Do you recall any changes you made between it starting or stopping, perhaps notably any changes in PS friends, or your blocklist?

It doesnt work again, only thing that changes is everytime I can go online again I have to change my name because TheZambuca is not allowed for some reason so i change it to TheZambuka....
Sucks i cant play online this weekend!!

New update...same issue...same error code.
This is not a problem that an update will fix. There is a problem with my account and only EA can resolve this.

@zambuca To check if you change your in-game name to something like "TheZambuka" does it allow you in?

The name change it asks me to do happens 2-3 days after error when i can connect again online. Otherwise i can change name in between to whatever i want. Today i still have the error and changed name yesterday to see if it will effect anything.

This is what I suspect is happening
in the beginning 2 PSN accounts linked to my EA. I since then had 1 of them deleted.
Before I had my other PSN unlinkd I decided to add a pc friend to my friends list. He could not find me under the PSN i was currently logged into and only found the other PSN i never used. Somehow he was able to add me under the 2nd PSN while I was connected to the main one.
I suspect the game is somehow swapping between account data from both PSN accounts. when it tries to use the other PSN (the one that is supposed to be unlinked) i get the error and when it used the valid PSN i am logged with it works.
This is my theory and only EA can fix it.
