Error Code 2717908995

Platform: Steam - PC (Not SteamDeck)

I've been attempting to play Wild Hearts after it came out, and not experiencing many of the issues of other players as the game launches cleanly for me, or as cleanly as it could anyway. Load times for almost every load screen per area, for it to load the Koei Tecmo logo at the beginning of the game and even a loading screen for the title menu take about 30-60 minutes to load. With patience, it can be disregarded and gotten past but in some sections such as the transition from chapter 1 to chapter 2 where there is excessive loading and cutscenes, cutscenes are outright skipped due to the loading just giving up in the middle and loading the area but not the accompanying triggered event.

Aside from those issues with no error code or name the main one I'm fighting with is 2717908995 which pops up almost incessantly to remind me there's an issue with the game. Just loaded in? Error code. Just finished a mission? Error code. Opened your inventory? Error code. And I'm not sure what it is referencing or inhibiting but I'm also having issues connecting to the EA servers for multiplayer and maybe its connected as I've tried every fix to correct online play. I've restarted routers, my PC, uninstalled the game and reinstalled numerous times. Verified game cache, started game with EA app or Steam to see if there's a difference. I've tried going into the settings menu in every situation to turn off/on the online capabilities and the campfire approach is always greyed out for me. Is there a known fix for this error or is this something that will keep Wild Hearts a solo game for me until a future patch is released?
