Error in launching Game(it takes two)

I tried installing the Vc++ but it still gives the same error.. 
I made sure to download all the versions too.. 
Do you have other suggestion?

Thanks a lot!! the I reinstalled the directX and repaired the game and its working fine now after a reboot. Hope it doesn't show error again.. Thanks for the help again.. was really frustrated with this.. 

@sampad4This worked for me. I have no idea why a game from 2021 just assumes you have DirectX features from 2009, but my laptop was new and no other new game I recently played (Horizon5, Control, Fifa22) installed it for whatever reason, and this game did not install it while completing its own installation

Anyways, besides Visual C++ 2015, this was what was required to make it work for me:
