Fe Won't Launch Properly

I've recently downloaded Fe through Steam, and m having issues with the window on launch. I have an origin account and the Origin Launcher installed on my computer (I've also recently reinstalled it)...

    @GenericLad To check do you have any running overlays? Also, can you check for updates for your graphics card.
