Where in the gameworld did the issue occur? Minato and in the ice map
If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? N/a
If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? Trying to join a hunt session from the map screen.
When did this happen? 12:50pm MST as well as sometime a couple days ago
How often does the bug occur? Twice so far. I expect more if not fixed
What happens when the bug occurs? It seems to happen when a communication error occurs when you attempt to join a hunting session. The failed to find a session screen overlays with the normal screen and makes you unable to open the map, the menu, build karakuri, etc.
What should be happening instead? The overlay shouldn't be there obviously and I should be able to actually access the menu and continue my game and not get bricked and have to close my game in order to actually be able to do something.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well just get a communication error when u attempt to join someone and it should happen I think.
I've tried to attach a clip of it happening but it won't let me but I do have a clip that can further show what happened. I did attach a screenshot of me getting bricked by talking to an NPC since I can't select any of the options because the overlay is taking priority over everything else.
