Split Fiction Neon Rush Bug

Hello! While playing split screen on my pc with my partner we seem to run into the bug where Zoe’s gravity whip does not register the targets. We have tried restarting the game multiple times, playing on local play, and dropping the fps with the same result. We are not sure what to do so we can continue to play this awesome and beautiful game.
