My base in Minato basically has all my stuff stored I've collected in the game, several drying racks, smokers, storage bins and was filled with food ingredients.
When you're forced to fight Amaterasu in Minato his enraged attack, I forget the name where he has the halos above him and creates an energy explosion , that attack has a huge range and destroyed everything in my base. I didn't know this until after the mission was over. After you finish the mission then everything that was in those containers gets destroyed and lost all the food ingredients I had been storing and cooking. I would assume the Minato in the boss fight was different than the main town of Minato but doesn't look like that is the case.
