Game code redeemed, download failed no longer in my library
I just purchased this game, redeemed my game code, this was successful. The game went into the EA app as a pending download. There seemed to be network issues and the download failed. Asked me to try again later. Sometimes switching to another country with a VPN helps, so I tried this. Didn't seem to work.
I then clicked the cancel download button, and now it's completely disappeared from my library. If I log into my EA account in the browser I can see in my order history something from today listed as "quest_item". No idea what that's meant to mean. I purchased the deluxe edition. It was not just the DLC.
I've restarted my PC, the EA app, cleared the cache. Nothing making a difference, please help me fix this...
The crappy EA app finally loaded the game back in after a few hours, so my game is now all good.
Beta software forced on everyone, when Origin worked fine. Good job EA for continuing to make gaming worse for everyone.
