Game crashes at white screen after unreal engine logo

So, the three red screens pass 1.Ea orginals  2. Hazel light  3. Unreal Engine and after there should be a white screen with it takes two written on it but instead, it closes to desktop with no erro...

    Hey @my26fuxlk2y1 Can you try going through the following steps and check if this continues?

    • Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving 
    • Disable Origin in-game overlay and any other running overlays 
    • Repair via the Origin client 
    • Clear Origin Cache
