When i press "play" origin minimize and after 3-5 seconds i can press play again. Friendpass working i launched and set minimal graphics. I tried delete friendpass and apllication and repair not worked. I updated and tried to repair game. Game doesn't show at task manager when i prass Play.

I can see that your PC has only 4GB of RAM, while you need at least 8GB to launch the game without any problems. You can check it out on the minimum requirements page.
I used to have problems with one of my RAM sticks and had the same issue with launching MEA. Because of a faulty hardware, my PC didn't have enough memory to process all the files and game wouldn't launch at all. I'm afraid the same thing might have happened in your case.
