Game doesn't start

When you have a moment, can we also try the following steps?

1. Verify your Date/Time is correct 
2. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
3. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

If this keeps up, would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

Hi!

I did the sfc, it fixed something but even after it, the game still doesn't run. My time and date are correct and my windows and gpu driver are up up to date.

I also turned off my antivirus and MSI afterburner to be sure, still no luck.

Generally, this is fixed with the System File Checker so I wanted to confirm. 

After. I tried to run the game a few minutes ago, same issue

Edit: I uninstalled the game, thanks God it was on gamepass and not a purchase. Thanks for trying to help anyway.

Yep. Experiencing the same problem. Even the Steam demo doesn't run.

I played this months ago without any issue. Already tried all the suggested fixes here and nothing worked.

Follow up. Any customer rep who may want to butt in? I know it's a dead game at this point and the devs probably stopped caring a long time ago but holding on to a sliver of hope.
