After completing the chapter Level 2: Neon Revenge, an endless download begins after the cut scene, I waited for about an hour and it did not load. I don't know what to do with it at all. we both play on PC via steam

Has the game been reinstalled or repaired through Steam?
what type of connection is both of you on - wired or wireless?
Does this happen on the cut scene itself or before or after the cut scene? - I see you did mention after but when you close the game down and log back in, does it happen immediately?
We have the same issue after completing the chapter and it happens after the cutscene. When logging back in, the cutscene plays first, and then the infinite loading begins. I have the friend pass on ea play with a wired connection on PC, and my other friend has the full game on steam on PC.
We tried repairing the game through steam, no luck, the infinite loading screen bug still occurs.
Community Managergoteemlig Is this happening when you are playing local or online? Have you swapped between the two to test it out and see if it gets past that loading screen?
Playing online... Yes we tried swapping hosts and it didn't work.
