Solved

game is not working

"Hello, we were able to play It Takes Two quite well last week.Suddenly, the game decided not to open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but that didn’t work. I reset my computer and tried to install it again, but still no luck. I tried launching it through EA instead of Steam, but that didn’t work either. I verified the game files through Steam, but it still didn’t help. I updated my graphics card, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I’ve removed updates, but it still won’t open. Nothing has changed since last week; I haven’t installed or deleted anything else on my computer, and my internet is working fine. I can play other games, but this one won’t launch. I really love the game and want to continue playing with my partner.

Hi @pekcedenoz Thanks for the additional info, to confirm do you have  ITT installed via Steam or the EA app currently?

When you have a sec give the following a try if you have not already:

    1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
    3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
    5. Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

If this keeps up, would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

    Thanks!
