Game not recognising dualsense controller over bluetooth connection

Like the title says, the USB connection works fine. On USB game even recognizes it as a dualsense controller with layout and button mappings, Not recognized over Bluetooth somehow, 

Other games work fine so that it might be a bug? Anyone else has the same problem?

    @lennonharrison Wanted to see if you are still running into issues, can you possibly test with another controller?

    yes, tried 2 other controllers, they are working via bluetooth and working on steam, just not on origin games!! please help

    @EA_Illium I have yet to see ANY suggestion or solution for this issue from EA. All EA is doing is asking questions but not providing solutions and they have not responded in months.
