Game stuck on loading screen after "Bridge Crossing"

This happened to my nephew and I after completing the "Escape" mission. We uninstalled the game 2x. Restarted the consoles. We also restored our licenses, erased the saved game data and replayed all the way until the bridge crossing mission and now we are stuck just after completing that like many other people in this thread. We also attempted to rebuild the database on our consoles. No luck there, all these methods were suggestions by EA technical support, what else you got EA?
