Hi @blfox77 Something seems to have been corrupted when the power was lost.
Can we try to put your device in a Clean Boot (to ensure nothing else might be interfering), then for your saves folder rename it to "Wild Hearts_old". Then open up the EA App and Wild Hearts and check if the error continues.
Thanks for the prompt response @EA_Illium . I put the computer in a clean boot, renamed the folder to Wild Hearts_old and have the same error on launching the game. I have a new saves folder that was created, which makes sense, but the game still does not run. Do you know if any other files were created on initial install that are not being deleted when you uninstall the game? Similar to the KOEI TECMO folder that has the saves. Some files that would have the profile of the game keeping it in the same error state?
thanks for your help so far anyways 🙂

Hi @blfox77 Thanks for running through that and checking. There might be something left over that still thinks you don't have space.
First, just to confirm you don't have any windows setting or security that might block Wild Hearts from creating save files? If not you could consider trying to use something like Revo uninstaller (unless you have a preferred software) that can scan your device after uninstalling it to make sure there are no other files. Once done you can try one more install to see if this gets cleared.
If not, we can try making a new windows Administrator account and installing the game there to check if the message will continue.
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium thank you for following up. I think I have all the permissions and security parameters good, as I had installed the game initially, passed through the settings etc and started playing the tutorial. I used Revo to uninstall, rebooted the computer, reinstalled and same issue. I also used Revo again to uninstall the game as well as the EA app (just in case) reinstalled the EA app through GamePass (where I have my subscription with EA Play) and installed the game through GamePass. Same error ☹️ I do not feel comfortable messing with the administrator accounts as I don't want to run the risk to mess up my computer. In the end, I just wanted to try the game, I did not buy it yet. If you think of another way that does not involve admin rights, I would appreciate it, if not that's ok too 🙂
