games randomly closing mid game no crash
I am having a issue with all EA games no steam games etc have the issues.
ill be playing a game fine and then it will randomly close ( no crashes). No issues on my end, no viruses, windows and gpu all up to date, i have 64gb ram, 4090 and i9 13900ks,
my DxDiag is attached.
any help would be good
Hi @TheRdot92 When you have a moment can we see if the following steps helps prevent crashing?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
