Getting error when launching Wild Hearts

Whenever I start up the game it tries to install ea app but whenever I try it always fails and gives me this error 



So far I have tried
Restarting my pc
Restarting my router
Restarting steam
Restarting origin
Updating my drivers 

and so far nothing worked ☹️ anyone know of any other fixes that may work?
