Change frame rate to 30fps for this task and go back to better after. It worked perfectly.
We have the exact same problem and there's no way to continue the game now :/
Already tried to repair the game in the EA App, loaded an earlier chapter and so on... nothing works - thje ball is still stuck when jumping on the platform.
Hi there. It sucks that you’re having this problem too. I believe I had to reinstall the game to get it to work. I was able to keep my save file so we wouldn’t have to start from scratch again though, but I can’t remember if it did it automatically, or if I had to keep and transfer my save file manually.
Basically, you’ll just have to reinstall the game if all else fails.
