I'm unable to play It takes two (I'm using the friends pass) I get the result code: 103-3f0001 which says I'm restricted from accessing any online features. I've followed the page to it gives for more information but I'm unable to actually speak to an online agent to help, It keeps looping me back to the EA Help articles but I can't see any options to live chat with anyone? Why have they made it so difficult to contact them or submit a ticket??!!
Can someone please help me?

Also to check, are you playing with an adult or child account?

HI @usakobun Thanks for the update!
Can we try going through the following and check if this continues?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
