How am i a trial player? [Battlefield V, xbox one]

I can't exactly remeber when but 2 years ago ive bought battlefield V and it was the full version. Last year i find out that i can no longer play online because the game is telling me im a trial player and suggesting i must upgrade to acces multiplayer. Ive checked my own game libary showing that i own the full game. And i bought this game on my xbox one and i don't see a trial version to be bought so i don't understand why im now a trial player.
