I cant find the friend game pass

hey so i got gifted a way out game code and i started to play the game but when my friend went to ( Try it first ) to play with me it says 

A Way Out (Friend Pass) and its extra content are not available in your location

i need a fix please , thank you

I have contacted the support, and they say that Friend Pass is not available in my region, they did not give me a reason, they told me to try "Try it Out" but that section was also removed from the store, you can not gift games away on Origin Store, since at all costs they want you to buy "EA PLAY".

I would love to be able to play A Way out with my friend, or request a refund, which I can no longer do since it has been almost 1 month since I have been trying to find a solution to this.

@SrLicht Apologies for getting that response, I escalated this issue further, and it seems it should be appearing for everyone. (So not the hard not available you were told) 

After sending it up we need to gather some Origin Error report from devices in order to further investigate this issue. You can get an OER here. (Use the "WELL, I CAN'T ACCESS ORIGIN" Section to get the file)

-WITH AN XBOX ONE PLAYER WHO IS ADDED TO THE FRIENDS LIST VIA THE XBOX GAMES PASS APP

-ON THE EA APP IT DOES NOT IMPORT FRIENDS NO MATTER HOW MANY ATTEMPTS MADE

-HE CANNOT SEE ME EITHER ON THE EA APP

-WE TRIED USING ORIGIN TO PERHAPS ADD EACHOTHER ON THAT AND THE EA SITE-

-NOTHING, HE NEVER RECEIVES THE REQUESTS, NOR DO I

-EVENTUALLY COULD NO LONGER EVEN FIND HIS PROFILE

-XBOX APP GIVES ME THE OPTION TO (JOIN GAME)

-THEN ASKS WHICH APP IT SHOULD USE TO COMPLETE THIS ACTION?

-BATTLEFRONT 2 ONLY LAUNCHES FROM THE EA APP

-THE EA APP DOES NOT SYNC FRIENDS

- CROSS COMPATIBILITY RENDERED NON EXISTENT
