Solved

I lost my save

Today the game didn't open, at one point an error appeared to me where it said that it could not synchronize with the cloud save. After many try, many hours, finally the game work, but i lost my save...

@TorigumFirst thing in Wild hearts is there is no Cloud saving option as the game saves all the files locally on your PC also one more thing is worst like when you manually save the game it doesn't create multiple save files just overwrites the previous one. So make sure always copy your saved files from PC>Documents\KoeiTecmo\WILD HEARTS then paste it somewhere else on your PC on daily basis. As the problem is if there is sudden power loss during playing the game then Save files are automatically got corrupted. You need to play it again no other option is there nether new update can help in this as no cloud saving is there.

    @EA_David That issue doesn't only affect PC players, I'm on Xbox Series S and I have the same problem. My save data says zero hours when it should be ~60.

    @EA_David 
    Has anyone in here that have requested for cloud saves gotten them back?  If not can you show us how to host someone else's save in our game?  Honestly you can tweak so much - change your looks and name.  Might as well become your new save.  It would save a lot of heartache for me losing 80+ hours.  I just want a working save post main story.

    When I tried to paste someone else's save into my wild hearts directory - it doesn't show up as a save. Just shows as 'No Data Loaded'.

    @EA_David It's been about a month now.. While the 3rd content update is about to come, there has been no helpful response from your side about the lost save data. I lost about 60 hours on Xbox Series S, and while I liked the game (and paid 80€) I'm sure not gonna start all over to lose everything again. Fix your game.

    I logged on yesterday to find my save file corrupted....reset pc, validate game files, Uninstall and reinstall (both the game and ea lun her), back up game files and restore. I got as far as getting the game to recognize the save file with the proper chapter, time and date. When I load the save file it just goes straight to the starting cinematic. I filled out a survey on ea and attached a zip of the game.
