I need help unlinking my brothers account from my ea accounr!

Hi, me and my brother had trouble playing ea play games even though we both have subscriptions, as it turns out he had linked his Playstation account to my ea account and I can not find the unlink button, please help! His account is [REMOVED] and we cannot play together just because of that!

    I can't think of anything else that would cause the unlink button to not show up. An advisor will need to investigate this. To get in touch with one, please open a case here. Thank you.

    Hi there, @Archangel079 

    I removed the image showing your account details as well as the ID that was mentioned in your post. Please keep these details private. As far as your issue goes, information on linking and unlinking accounts can be found here. The option to unlink will not be available if an account was linked within the last 6 months.

  • Your link did not help though because any time I try to unlink my account I cannot see the UNLINK button like I showed you in the screenshot, any other advice? The "unlinking" information in your link you provided offers no help at all, my brother said he used my account at somewhere 2017 for Fifa so it sure wasn't in the past 6 months
