It gets stuck on Preparing

Hey @TCWarrior20 Would it be possible to get a bit more information for this?

Platform:

EA ID (gamertag):

Region:

Are you getting an error message?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA App Error ID

    I pre order the base copy of this game and have yet to be able to download it. I tried on multiple PC to see if it was just mine, turns out it wont let me download it on anything just says something happened please try again later

      Hi @TCWarrior20 Thanks for the screenshot, to confirm do you typically see that error (about something going wrong) or get stuck on the preparing screen?

      Also, would it be possible to get a DxDiag and an EA App Error ID?

        @EA_Illium No, i was able to download other games just not that one
