Immortals of Aveum freezes completely

Summarize your bug The game runs smoothly at the beginning, but after about 10 minutes of gameplay, the sound cuts off, and shortly after, the game freezes completely.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing the game. - Ryzen 5 3600XT (cooling: Corsair iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX), - RTX 3070, - 16 GB RAM, - Storage : Samsung 980 PRO SSD Internal NVMe M.2 PCIe 4.0 500 GB + Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD Internal NVMe M.2 1 TB, - 2K display at 144 Hz.
What happens when the bug occurs? the game freezes completely
What do you expect to see? not to freezes

"Recently, I purchased Immortals of Aveum. The game runs smoothly at the beginning, but after about 10 minutes of gameplay, the sound cuts off, and shortly after, the game freezes completely. When I check in the task manager, it shows 'not responding.' I've performed all the troubleshooting steps like a skilled computer user, including updates, reinstalling EA and the game, and more.

Afterwards, I tried to find solutions on EA forums, contacted EA and Windows customer service, but the issue persists. I've also requested a refund, but unfortunately, it's not possible even though the problem continues. So, if you have a miracle solution, I'm open to it because this feels like a real scam.

Let me provide you with my system configuration:

- Ryzen 5 3600XT (cooling: Corsair iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX),

- RTX 3070,

- 16 GB RAM,

- Storage : Samsung 980 PRO SSD Internal NVMe M.2 PCIe 4.0 500 GB + Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD Internal NVMe M.2 1 TB,

- 2K display at 144 Hz."

    I have also had the issue with this game, from fps drops to stuttering like i am on a mobile. And my pc far exceeds the requirements witrh a 7900x, 32gb ram, and 4090 as well as saved on a ssd. Now my issue is the last patch has actually broken the game and it will not download, i tried resstarting the pc, laucnher, tossing salt over my shoulder, sacrificing a virgin to appease the gods and nothing works, worst now my games refuse to launch at all. This mind you is a clean install and well should not happen.
