Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing the game. - Ryzen 5 3600XT (cooling: Corsair iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX), - RTX 3070, - 16 GB RAM, - Storage : Samsung 980 PRO SSD Internal NVMe M.2 PCIe 4.0 500 GB + Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD Internal NVMe M.2 1 TB, - 2K display at 144 Hz.
What happens when the bug occurs? the game freezes completely
What do you expect to see? not to freezes
"Recently, I purchased Immortals of Aveum. The game runs smoothly at the beginning, but after about 10 minutes of gameplay, the sound cuts off, and shortly after, the game freezes completely. When I check in the task manager, it shows 'not responding.' I've performed all the troubleshooting steps like a skilled computer user, including updates, reinstalling EA and the game, and more.
Afterwards, I tried to find solutions on EA forums, contacted EA and Windows customer service, but the issue persists. I've also requested a refund, but unfortunately, it's not possible even though the problem continues. So, if you have a miracle solution, I'm open to it because this feels like a real scam.
