Ingenuity tool No Effective

Flash Fireworks and Thunder Cannon cannot work before they are linked. Flash Fireworks will detonate when the monster's feet are off the ground and cannot stop the monster from taking off. Thunder Cannon cannot hit the target when fired at 0 distance.
