Invalid Key confirmed by EA supporter even it is valid....

Summarize your bug I have a Bug, that I wanted to enter a Game Code on Origin. It was stated as invalid. I had twice a chat now with your supp guys. The first told me code is invalid.. The second one, said no its valid and I should raise a case here, so you help me !!!! After your first colleague Eduard M. told me, the code is invalid a bought a new one, and wanna clarify with the venor, that it is broken.. NOW the second mate told me, first one was valid.. I have now bought 2 Codes, because one of your YOUR colleagues.. I should raise an item here, so you can help me.. Please contact me. Thanks.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the ticket history from me. I dont know, why your colleagues lied????
What happens when the bug occurs? Lost my money !
What do you expect to see? At least somehow helping me, because I burned some Money, because I trusted your supp colleague !!!!!!!

Attached a screenshot of the mail of your colleague.. Because of this, I went to the vendor, and told him, invalid key and bought a new one.. WHICH I DONT NEED; IF YOU MATE WOULD NOT HAVE LIED TO ME !!!!!!

    As you have purchased (twice) from a third party we can only suggest you attempt to get a refund for the unused purchase.

  • I made a second purchase, because YOUR colleague said my valid key is invalid.. Why your Mate lie to me then....???
    Because of your Team i did it....
  • Did I get any help here, or is it done, that because of your wrong answer of your colleague in support, I lost my money `!

    As above, we cannot refund purchases from a third party and contacting them for a possible refund is advised.

  • Ah and is okay, that your colleague lied to their customers...?!

    I bought a new one, because your colleague guaranteed me, that the code is invalid...


    So its okay, that such colleagues cheating customers !?
