It take two
I bought this game.I run game first time and doesn't works. I contacted via chat with help desk but EA help desk employee don't help because he don't know why this game doesn't work, he also don't know when this game go work. I tried to return this game (I never play it) but I can't. What EA can have to solution this problem? I bought product who doesn't works! Problem is game not started. When I run game I saw A logo and Unreal Tournament logo, next I saw only black screen I hear music and this is all. I tried all solution from this forum and from Youtube. But still game doesn't work.

Thanks for the update, can we give the following a try?
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
