It Takes 2 password reset error loop

Hi,

I am stuck in a hyper frustrating loop.

I bought It Takes 2 a few years ago and played it fine with a friend.

I have been trying to get it to work now with a different friend and I can't get pass the EA login step.

Game launches fine - click Play Online - it says Password Error - it prompts a password reset - I reset the password, it sends the 6 digit code to my email, I enter that, it accepts it and resets - I try to continue and login and it goes back to the same password error loop.

I have checked that my login works on ea.com and have no issues logging in to my profile.

Part of the issue is the game does not let me enter my login details, it automatically goes to the above error loop when trying to play the game.

I am incredibly frustrated right now because I cannot play a game I own at this point.

Can this please get fixed. It seems to be some weird legacy account issue since I think my account is at least several years old.

I have tried to submit a case on the ea.com website, but I cam getting stuck in a page loop that goes back and forth between the various pages and doesn't let me talk to a human to get this fixed.

I have already tried full reinstall, deleting all related hidden folders, etc so I can't seem to find anything else I can fix on my end.
