Hello,
I have the same problem as "milion" other players - I do not receive invitation from my friend. Neither I or him is receiving it. What is weird, that it was working, but after 10 hours of gameplay the invitations suddenly stopped appearing. We did nothing to our compurters except normal windows actualizations... I, as the receriver of the invitation, have tried many solutions I have found here on Answer HQ, or elsewhere on the internet.
I have done milion things, re-setting my computer, did the clean boot etc. What worked was clearing cache via EA App Restore that I've found under windows button. We both had to do it. But... That is not the main point. My question is, why do I have to undergo such thing? I have found that many people suffer from this and I do not think that as a customer I should be responsible for runnig the app or finding, how to turn off elemantary functionalities. Frankly, I think that the notification pop-up is nice, but when it is not working and I have to spend 3 hours online finding solution, it is useless.
Why the invitations are not listed in the client? Wouldn't that solve the overlay problem? When the invitation is missed or not received, why can't I find it in my profile...?

@GroakCZThis worked for me (Using the Recovery app to clear the cache). As to why EA would make it so hard for someone to enjoy something they paid for, well, I'm not entirely surprised.
@potentoes Glad to hear that 🙂 Someone had to help when @EA_Illium don't do that instead of copying the same paragraph again and again and EA is obviously not solving this trouble. Hope more will find this solution and will be able to play the game they paid for.
