Have you check to see if anything else running on your device may be blocking the EA app from running as intended?

Id need to know specific apps, it doesnt give me specific apps as anything runs, but i do not have nahmic or rivertune

    Hi @SEK1RO21 If we are unsure what else might be running on the device, we could try restarting your device in Clean Boot mode first then trying again.

      All my other games work perfectly fine i just dont understand why its only this game? Ive read other posts with same issue, will it eventually be fixed?

        Hi @SEK1RO21, We don't have any information on potential new updates with ITT.

        We can try going through the above steps, if we continue running into issues we would be happy to pass this on to the team to be aware of.
