It Takes Two - Friend not receiving my invite

I just bought a way out full version from EA store and i tried to send my friend invite to play with me but whenever i send him invite, he does not get invite on his system..also contacted EA support but didn’t get much help.. if anyone have answer help me..just spent money on game and now it doesn’t work..

    Hi @vivgkxdfryhd 

    Would it be possible to get the following information for both you and your friend?

     

    • Platform (or client):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

      3. no, he is not getting any error message
      4. network: wireless (wi-fi)
