Recently, I tried to play It Takes Two with my friend but whenever us both tried to join each other both through Steam and EA invite, we suddenly got hit with an error saying the play has left the session while she did nothing but wait in the Play Online Lobby. Once we actually can play because she has the game relatively new with no save files, but the next day when we decide to play the game again, the error still didn't subside. We tried various ways to solve this, uninstalling our games and reinstalling. We even did the same to the EA apps and the same thing happens and now we are tired with this thing. We just want to play in peace but the game says otherwise so please EA, fix your It Takes Two. we just want to play in peace for once

When you have a moment can we see if the following helps with connecting?
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
