It takes two - Wrong account bug
Hi there,
I purchsed the game and installed it on steam. Now that was all fine and great but the EA account I wished for it to be on I never got a question or prompted me to chose. It just chose for me automaticaly. I went to customer service and they cannot do anything on their end as they need to merge both accounts and thats not possible. This seems like a bug to me as now I have a game wasted and I cannot transfer it to another account nor can i get my money back as i got the game via retailer. There has to be something we can do here because I paid money for something, didn't play it at all and now i cant even get the game or my money back.
The account in question is banned for already a year and I'm not disputing to unban that account. I'm just saying that I made a new account, bought a new game and that new game is now under the banned account and I cannot play it. It shouldn't be possilbe to install games on a banned account. The customer support person suggested that I make a post here to escalate the issue.
Can anyone help me with this issue ?

We are not able to assist with account-related issues here on the forums. If you launched an EA game on your Steam account and it loaded to an existing EA account, this would indicate that it was already connected.
