It takes two can't open (steam)

Already play it for 10 hour but few week ago cannot open with this message "some features have been disabled because the ea app launched from another application" >> from ea app "an error occurred ...

Hi, thank for the reply.
- repair/verify ,it said nothing wrong.
- cache done
- SFC : Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. and there is no updated.
- try clean boot when running client it said EA background need to re-enable so i do but this time it keep preparing and show old message(some feature...) but this time it's loop.


this is file that export from MSinfo32.
Is there anything i should try next?
