It takes two crash report whenever I try to open the game.

Hi @Jason123534543 ,
Have you tried a reparation of the game (right-click on the game in EA app > Repair) ?
You can also try clearing the EA app's cache by clicking the three lines at the top left corner > Help > App recovery > Clear cache.
Yes I have tried both. I couldn't repair the game in EA app because it is on Steam but did repair it on steam.
