It takes two has a weird Glitch

So I was playing witch someone online and the first part of the game had no problems at all, it loaded okay and then when we got to this point of the game this glitch appeared, and we were not able to continue playing. The glitch happened to both of us, and we don't know how to fix it.

    Hey @AaSuga, it definitely seems that you landed off the game area somehow. To fix it, you may need to restart the game to your previous checkpoint. If you are playing on a PC version lower the framerate to 60 fps in the settings and test it again.
