It takes two Installation problem

Hi there, I'm trying to download a game through the EA app but it starts all over again when it's %100 and deletes the old files too.

I've tried to change the file location, but it didn't help

I've uninstalled the app and re-downloaded the game and it didn't help

I've tried to start downloading, pausing and changing the location it didn't help

I've tried to clear the cache didn't help and deleted 15gbs, and installed it again

I've tried to run as admin and it didn't help.

I've tried to download the game without even pausing at all and it didn't help.

I've tried to contact EA help services and according to them they gave information on how to sort it out but nothing is there so I think they are BS.

In total, I bought my EA Play account roughly two weeks ago or something and still trying to download this game. I didn't have any problems on Steam but the EA app is my biggest regret.

Can anyone suggest anything? Maybe there's something that people are doing and I missed?

    I already cleared the cache and it ended up deleting 20 gbs of the data and continuing to install.
    I'm %100 sure that another app is not limiting my network or interfering with downloading.

    My system is already fully updated.

    I'm just laughing for the last step because I couldn't even download the game.

    Next one, please.

    Hi @dodymoo26 

    Thanks for the update and for trying those steps!

    To confirm for the last one I meant it was trying to run the EA app client and running the install for the game again while in a clean boot. 

    Would it be possible to give that a try?

    So my main problem is not installing it at the moment I think I wrote the title wrong. My problem is about downloading the game. I couldn't even download the game. Also in order to download the game on clean boot I have to not touch at my computer for 2 days straight which is impossible to do.

    Hi @dodymoo26, Thanks for the additional information!

    To confirm is it a slow download speed as to why you have to wait 2 days, or what happens if you use the PC during that period?

    I've been having an issue similar to this as well. I downloaded the game which went fine. I opened it and played it a few times but then after that, the game decided to open an error message every time I tried to launch it. (see screenshot) I have tried to delete and reinstall it multiple times and looking into the game files to see if any were missing (this is on steam) as well as using steam to check for corrupt files. None of it worked. I even tried switching to a different computer account but that didn't work either. The final thing that i tried was making sure the computer was hooked up to Ethernet before downloading the game. Nothing worked. Any Idea what i could try? Thanks
