It takes two Installation problem
Hi there, I'm trying to download a game through the EA app but it starts all over again when it's %100 and deletes the old files too.
I've tried to change the file location, but it didn't help
I've uninstalled the app and re-downloaded the game and it didn't help
I've tried to start downloading, pausing and changing the location it didn't help
I've tried to clear the cache didn't help and deleted 15gbs, and installed it again
I've tried to run as admin and it didn't help.
I've tried to download the game without even pausing at all and it didn't help.
I've tried to contact EA help services and according to them they gave information on how to sort it out but nothing is there so I think they are BS.
In total, I bought my EA Play account roughly two weeks ago or something and still trying to download this game. I didn't have any problems on Steam but the EA app is my biggest regret.
Can anyone suggest anything? Maybe there's something that people are doing and I missed?

To check, have we tried the following as well?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
