I purchased this to play online with my boyfriend it won't allow us to connect or play. Amazon won't refund a digital game purchase. Ea support is horrible they won't do anything. So basically I lost $40 on a game I can't play. My boyfriend lives away from me so we can't play it. I wasted my money on a game that EA should help fix problem since it's their issue. Nobody will help or refund. Error 10580190000 won't allow us to connect to EA servers. Nothing helps. Tried everything. Buyer please be aware do not buy. You can not play. I don't wish people to buy it and be out $40 like me on a game that can't be played.
I’ve spent guts trying to get this to work and I’m having the same issue as everyone here. First try on each internet network allows me to login, but then I get the error.

I have rebooted routers and switch and cleared cache and tried all the things listed but at this point nothing is working to get to the online game.
usa, switch 2, it takes two full game (not friend pass), trying to play online with my 9 year old nephew in another state also on a switch. We enjoyed it when we were able to get in the first time we tried but now we’re unable to play.
