I purchased this to play online with my boyfriend it won't allow us to connect or play. Amazon won't refund a digital game purchase. Ea support is horrible they won't do anything. So basically I lost $40 on a game I can't play. My boyfriend lives away from me so we can't play it. I wasted my money on a game that EA should help fix problem since it's their issue. Nobody will help or refund. Error 10580190000 won't allow us to connect to EA servers. Nothing helps. Tried everything. Buyer please be aware do not buy. You can not play. I don't wish people to buy it and be out $40 like me on a game that can't be played.
I’m also having this issue. Based in the US (before i get asked about a region).
I have tried
- Restarting my switch
- Turning wi fi off and on, unplugging it, reconnecting to it
- Cleared cashe and cookies twice
- Removed the digital game card
- Hot spot connection then Wi Fi (didn’t work on hot spot either)
- Ive let the game sit closed over night
- Switch update
- Checked my EA account to make sure it wasn’t blocked
- Disconnected and reconnected my EA account
- Closed all other running games
- Checked my switch online subscription (which I got FOR THIS GAME)
Ive played this game on the PS4 and completed the game with zero issues. I got the full game to play with someone else on the nintendo switch and halfway through the game it’s stopped working and i’m getting that error code. I’m so confused, if I try to refund it or whatever I’ll lose all my progress. What can I do to fix this???
