I purchased the It Takes Two game cartridge a few days ago and still cannot access the online play option. I need help resolving this issue because it's getting quite frustrating when I just want to enjoy playing it with my boyfriend.

Error code: 105-80190000
Steps already tried:
Cleared cache, restarted console and hard restart, restarted router, tested mobile hotspot, checked NAT type, reinstalled game data, set date and time. I even tried creating a new Switch account and a new EA account. Issue persists.
I spoke with an agent previously who did not troubleshoot and refused to file a formal complaint or provide a case reference number.
The game is literally unplayable solo and I purchased it specifically for online co-op. Please advise next steps and provide a case reference number for this issue.
