Here is a step that helped other players wih the same issue: change the date and time of your console to "Synchronise via Internet", then clear your console's cache and restart it:
- Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
- Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
- Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

EA_Caththis issue is still happening. We both own the game in full and are not using friend passes. We both are using Nintendo switch. We have tried all of the tips and tricks. Please fix your game or advise on how we should proceed
