Hi! This is continuously happening at random to me. Sometimes, I keep on pressing the play online button until it works. Sometimes it doesn’t work and I am unable to continue playing. It’s a shame that this keeps happening. I’m playing on switch with a great internet connection. I’ve tried all of the solutions above. It’s not on our end, it’s EA. This is ridiculous. And if I get asked what my ID is, I’ll scream! As if my info will help?? This is a problem in the game itself. A flaw that has gone unfixed. If anybody over there even cares about their game, they would fix this. If it’s a problem with the EA accounts in general, fix it! Wasting your customers money and time is not a solution.
